One thing I am good at is drinking water(I drink at least 32 ounces a day I pretty much always have a cup of ice water ask my wife) So I wouldn't think that is the issue but it could be maybe I just need to up my water game even further while I'm feeling like shit.
It's okay to go lighter as long as you're at least doing something. Try to find a pace that's light enough that you can maintain it indefinitely, (you can walk if you really think you're that sick) then to make up for lack of intensity you can just go longer. You can pick a set distance to run every day and track progress by timing how fast you can do it, rather than increasing the distance.
I doubt I'll even be functional at all tomorrow honestly I've barely been able to be here to do my part on poal lately, hopefully tomorrow is better and maybe if I'm good enough to be up all day again I'll go for a walk. However I'm trying to a podcast right now and I can barely think my comments have been simple or shit.
