I ended up taking a hot shower earlier today and holy shit I had to sit down for 20 minutes after the shower(I could not breath) I was feeling better but then I started running and I don't know what the fuck happened.

Fatigue from a hot shower may indicate dehydration.

One time I did an apple juice cleanse where I consumed only apple juice for a week, and on day 2 after my body had been purging toxins via urine, I took a shower and felt like I was about to pass out, so I cheated and drank some water after. After that initial purge phase I felt pretty good for the rest of the week.

So start hydrating and stop dreaming up worst-case scenario hypochondriac excuses. (Unless you have other symptoms indicating the Rona.)

One thing I am good at is drinking water(I drink at least 32 ounces a day I pretty much always have a cup of ice water ask my wife) So I wouldn't think that is the issue but it could be maybe I just need to up my water game even further while I'm feeling like shit.
