I actually did day 3 yesterday I just didn't manage to find the time to post it. 10 push ups 10 sit ups 10 squats and 1 run around the block.

Had a bit of a resurgence of being sick I'm starting to get worried honestly.

Keep it up! Do you have a goal?

30 days I guess.

Gotcha. I was curious if you were trying to hit a certain weight or whatever. There's something to say for sticking to something though.

Been a while since the last update. Don't tell me you've given up already.

Well I kind of over did it with this whole idea. After being sick I probably should have taken things a bit slower. I am however making progress on getting back towards being able to start this again. Right now I'm just doing yard work and walking everyday. I know that sounds lame but whatever I had it kicked my ass.

One of my favorite ways to get back into exercise, is bike riding. Go out twice a week, for an hour. The first time I ride, I aim to hold the speed of 8mph, which is quite the leisurely pace for a bike. The next time, I'll aim for 9mph, for the whole hour. Then 10mph, etc. Just keep increasing the speed by 1mph for the whole hour every time you go out. In a few weeks, you'll be cruising. Bring the wife and kids, make a family event of it. I like to just get a bunch of friends together, we'll jump on the bike trail, and ride to the next city, ride to a local restaurant for meal, then ride back.

And make sure you're actually riding a bike, and not sitting on a stationary bike. The stationary bike can't even compete with a real bike ride.

When I was a teen I used to ride 60 - 70 miles at a stretch, I haven't even owned a bike in years now. Now that I think about it the mobility of it I kind of want to get one. Well that'll be a thing to do when the lock down is over.
