Hey, super kudos for running around the block. I just cant do cardio anymore. I like to try to keep my muscle tone but thats about it.

I can barely do it apparently but I'm forcing myself. Its time to get back in shape I'm only in my 30s so I should still be able to. I hope.

Man I got in the best shape of my life at 34, and was drinkin corona everynite. I used to run till I was wrappin both ankles and decided that was stupid shit. Man we can do anything if you really want it. Diet is tied in of course.
