I just completed everything on the list and holy shit I am out of shape.

You have to start somewhere. I've been struggling with the gym closed it has me out of my routine.

Don't push yourself too hard. Probably every other day would be good to start. Don't hurt yourself. Listen to your body.

I've been sick for like a month woke up today feeling like a million bucks and decided I'm going to start getting in shape again. Ran did the little 10 10 10 thing and then I admit I was out of it I rested for about an hour and now I feel better than I have in a month by far. I am totally doing this again tomorrow. Its not that much and even someone as out of shape as me should be able to handle it.
