How about a brisk walk with a couple sprints if you’re feeling motivated. Don’t set the bar too high there smokey.
Assisted chinups are a good idea too. Until you can rip them out unassisted!
I'd need a pull up bar for the chinups I guess maybe I could use the metal trusses in the basement. I think I'm gonna start with this today and see where it goes.
I love my chin up bar for core workouts too.
I just completed everything on the list and holy shit I am out of shape.
