I was more thinking El Salvador, but if applied here in the US, we might accidentaly have an outbreak of lowered crime. That in turn might jeopardize the legal system. What would all the scummy lawyers do? What if police were de-militarized? Wjat if society at large understood that a crimminal recidivist has no social value, and should be put down?
