The entire scam is an admission that they didn't have the votes in 2020 and they don't have them now 2024.

In other words, (((their))) behavior is a confession that (a) they stole the 2020 election, (b) they'll try it again, and (c) to accomplish this, they need more "votes" to make it less obvious.
