I did not say the labor camp had to be in the United states.. Just that they would be moved to one for long enough that others would pause to think if it was worth trying to enter...
Oh, also, any willing citizen should have a license to arrest and remove (to said prison camp) any illegal found in the country regardless of age/sex/etc.
First time offender, deported to their homeland. 2nd time offender, prison camp for 50 years.... 3rd time offender.. execution.
