Well, then deport them. What's stopping you from putting them on a flight/bus to back from where they came. The town says they don't have services for them.. Well, NO TOWN/CITY/STATE in the country should either. The only service is "go back to where you came from".

Just take a look at how Martha's Vineyard handled it.

They were all removed in less than 2 days and placed on a US military base to be moved throughout the country because the "rich people" did not like them there.

Fuck them. Drop 30 ships worth on them and say "you voted for it. Now you have to deal with it". Then deport everyone.
