This won't accomplish anything unless the law has some teeth to it. Ten year felony? How about ten years at hard labor. You know, all those hard dangerous jobs that "Americans just don't want to do." Families crossing the border illegally? Separate them and find adoptive parents for all the minors detained. Mom and Dad can bust rocks for ten years. Allow adoption anywhere but the US, Canada, or South America. Nothing is going to change as long as these invaders are treated as honored guests and not as the criminal invaders that they are.

When they know that their kids have been adopted by some nice white people, they'll be relieved that they don't have to pay for these kids to grow up. Then they'll have more kids who will be citizens by default.
