Create a new color card – some color – “yellow” card giving to them the opportunity to get in the back of line to get a green card only if they have completed their five year government jobs program, since they tried to jump ahead of the line. Make them pay a penalty for entering the country illegally. Perhaps something similar to probation. If ANY felony is committed, immediately after their sentence is completed automatic deportation to home country – no matter the consequences to them – they made their choice. Children born in the USA by individuals who are here illegally should not be given USA citizenship simply because they were born here. Schools near and at the border should stop children for going to American schools, especially since they pay for nothing to get American education while living in Mexico. No taxes – nothing. There are schools that teach only in Spanish at the border. What country are we in? Yes there are “dreamers” – that is what their life goal is. ALL ON THE TAX PAYERS DIME. Illegal’s at the age of 16 they start their work toward a green card. They must maintain a “C” average or above. The higher their grade average the lesser their work time to get a “yellow” card is.

The correct solution is to just set up the military on the border they get detained and deported immediately, if they make a run for it trying to hop over the wall then they get shot.

Knowingly employing Illegals should get your assets confiscated and your ass put in jail.

Of course we'd actually need a proper border wall for that, not a few sections of fence.

the government fucks up everything they touch. deportation might be the easiest option. But our highways would cleaner and road construction would be cheaper if put to cheap. work.

I don't know about everyone, the ones that sneak in should be sent back immediately, but it's definitely a good idea for people seeking asylum. If they have a legitimate fear for their safety in their home country they should be more than willing to work while their claim is investigated.
