Seems like the usual worthless BS from social sciences. "How racial groups rate each other" Rate what? How do you measure it? One question or an index from a group of questions? Who are the respondents and how were they recruited? Was it an in-person, telephone or on-line survey? Anyone with survey experience could rig this by subtle changes in the questions or the methods used.
