I am commenting on the reality that either the above happens or this whole thing is over. Over as in permanently over. Over as in, you cannot have the ANY fucking state turn irrevocably communist without doing something about it. You just cannot. You are right. The constitution allows it. But reality cannot allow it. It simply cannot. This will cause war if it is not somehow cleaned up. Maybe I am overreacting, but kidnapping NOT being a detainable device? Are you kidding? At that point, what fucking difference does it make if there is or isn't a constitution, if the feds do or don't invade the state or if another state declares war on Illinois? What this law is, is a REAL test of the constitutional framework that says states can do what they want within the federal framework. It is clear that the constituation was written with ONLY white people in mind and no other.
