HB3653 only applies to non-Whites. HB3654 makes it a criminal offense for any White person reporting or looking at a Black, Hispanic, Indian, or any other nigger that is committing a crime.
Where does it say that in both bills?

Threatening a public official?
Oh, this will end well.
Threatening a public official
Unless you're White. Then the (((FBI))) is going to be at your door, even if you just criticize them.
This will make Chicongo even more exciting!
The upside of all of this is that this will force some of the following:
Take over of states by the federal government.
State on state warfare.
There is no way around this. This level of state level collapse cannot be allowed by the feds and the pressure is building.
you want the fed to take over a state? how the fuck is that a good thing. and what happened the last time we had real state on state warfare?
I am commenting on the reality that either the above happens or this whole thing is over. Over as in permanently over. Over as in, you cannot have the ANY fucking state turn irrevocably communist without doing something about it. You just cannot.
You are right. The constitution allows it. But reality cannot allow it. It simply cannot. This will cause war if it is not somehow cleaned up.
Maybe I am overreacting, but kidnapping NOT being a detainable device? Are you kidding? At that point, what fucking difference does it make if there is or isn't a constitution, if the feds do or don't invade the state or if another state declares war on Illinois?
What this law is, is a REAL test of the constitutional framework that says states can do what they want within the federal framework. It is clear that the constituation was written with ONLY white people in mind and no other.
Downstate should just be it's own state or become a part of Indiana.
so wait is kidnapping not being detainable does that mean no one in illinois can arrest an FBI agent?
Legally every state can arrest a FBI agent. That's the smartest thing our founding fathers did. Build a system within the system. State vs federal is not a norm society thing. It exposes corruption.
