Restrict poll creation to level 5 accounts and above. Seems like all the 'new' accounts on Poal like to start submitting polls as their first interactions and those polls seem to glow.

Done Restrict poll creation to level 5 accounts and above. Seems like all the 'new' accounts on Poal like to start submitting polls as their first interactions and those polls seem to glow.

I don't like restrictions, but these cubicle dwelling glowfags like to abuse the poll feature to collect data for their (((purposes))). They should have to work for the privilege to use the polling feature so by that time we can figure out how brightly they glow and deal with them in our usual methods.
