So today....

I was just walking down the street, not at the beach, I'm 30 so just walking innocently and going about my day. A woman in a bikini walking in sandals casually passed by me said "quit looking at me asshole" and I responded "yeah, you show your tits and ass like that because you don't want to be looked at on a sidewalk".

She told me to fuck off and then I watched her scream at a group of guys a few feet away afterwards.

Who the hell walks around in a city area in a bikini?

Going to college there was a summer tradition of women walking down the main pedestrian thoroughfare downtown in bikinis.

It was a wonderful thing every Saturday.

The difference is the women knew exactly what they were doing and wanted to be looked at. Because they were hoes, but not stupid hoes.
