Your arguement disregards the Divine Plan. As you already probably consider children a nuisance. Bringing little folk into this world and raising them is indeed a nuisance.. But thats not the kids fault..

dont know what horseshit your talking about, but it probably doesnt cover being forced to allow an invading army to grow within your borders.
