Yes, we have chickens as well. Used to have ducks too, and we'll get some more again maybe next year.

I am told the trick to not get "rabbit starvation" is to break the bones and put them in the broth so you get the marrow as well. Not sure if you are raising them to butcher but that might make the resource go further if you are.
