Let's assume your somebody who likes (((mainstream))) content. Even torn you have a choice between paying around $50 for tickets and snacks for two to go to a movie that you *might* like on their schedule. Or you can pick a streaming service fit $10 a month, get a giant at home tv for a one time free hundred dollar purchase, and watch whatever the heck you want within a few months of it having been in theaters on your time schedule with your at home snacks, and if you don't like it 15 min in you switch to something else. Do even if they ever got to a point where "a lot" of movies were good again, it still wouldn't be worth it. And not a lot of them are good.
