I hate this kind of speculation. Baldwin is an asshole who is responsible for killing someone. Legal "experts" who theorize on random outcomes should be ostracized from the profession.

"Homicide" isn't the same as murder. Homicide is what happened; a human killed another human. It could be an accident, or intentional, it doesn't change anything.
Legally it might be different, but I thought that legally it would be "murder", or "manslaughter".
