A District Attorney talking about an ongoing case is really just spiking a future jury to not convict the Leftist Alec Baldwin.

Continuous use of the passive voice whenever they refer to Baldwin, as if he were just a bystander.

How about this instead?:

"...when the leftist, and stridently vocal anti-gun failed actor Alec Baldwin recklessly fired the weapon, one that he himself had not checked for safety, and one he was not legally even allowed to be in possession of at the time, directly at the victim, killing her and wounding another."
