He intentionally pointed a gun at these people, made a statement about shooting them, then pulled the trigger. He aimed and fired at people. He admits to it. His intent should only matter in the charge they file, it is murder in the 3rd degree (manslaughter), it is absolutely negligent homicide. His remorse and fame should not change the facts of the matter.

The difference between murder and manslaughter is INTENT. The way that intent happened (was it planned well in advance, was it thought of even immediately before etc) is what proves the degree of the charge. From what you have said above, that is at least 2nd degree murder. If they find out he had it out for these two people - or even one of them - and had made threats in the past, that's 1st degree right there.

*edit I should say I live in Aussieland and the laws are different here but the basic premise of intent is the same.

He's a cunt. A puppet of the jews.

This is a deflection story.

You've had access to the internet long enough. You know how the queers in the FBI and the kike media operates...

This is fog for some other story they don't want you to focus on. ...maybe the container ships on fire off the coast of California... I don't know.

Yeah, eat up news cycles. I think it has to do with Fauci proven to be funding bioweapon research at Wuhan lab.

Why would you even point a nerf gun at someone who is not protected? He is either a killer or an idiot.

I hope they hang him by his balls

John Snyder did an interview with newsmax that everyone needs to watch! He is saying it just like you, that this could Not be an accident!

He’s an actor you can’t trust what he says or how he reacts.

  1. Hollywood often uses real guns instead of replicas or special props. This wasn't Baldwin being special.

  2. With a lot of period revolvers, you'd have to eject each round separately to check if it wasn't live ammo, you can't look into the front of the cylinder or swing it out.

I'd be kind of paranoid about it and insist on loading it myself, but I can imagine Baldwin couldn't be arsed to do so, or that it would annoy the rest of the actors and crew.

In any case, IMO Baldwin is morally responsible, if not criminally so.

This same gun was being used for target practice on the site. The guy should check, it was his movie, his production, his responsibility. You don't point and shoot at someone. She was also u union rep whose members walked out.

Ooh. I think live ammo is banned on Hollywood sets. Yeah, that's a huge no-no.
