The 1936 olympics is a give-away, so possibly before Anschluß Österreich in 1938?

Ya, see the crossed German and Nazi Flags in the Europe map inset. So definitely before then. Possibly even before the ‘36 Olympics perhaps?

Edit: Might be a pre Olympic promotional to get tourist from around the world to come see how well Germany had recovered from wwi once the jewish influence had been removed.
