I think the top bar is mostly based on your own habits. I've noticed that it has changed for me over time. But I guess my question was because I couldn't figure out which one of the two was yours. I sometimes like the idea of forums where the word itself is the topic and anything that fits that is valid but that ruins more specific communities.
