A dozen deleted posts since April 2018 is less than 1 post per month.
TBH, that’s not an awful lot, if you ask anyone’s opinion. The sublog is there for anyone to see it. Also, most of the deleted posts were from spam accounts and the moved ones (off topics) from trolls.
Did you PM the mod who deleted your post to explain why you think your post belongs there?

I think the top bar is mostly based on your own habits. I've noticed that it has changed for me over time.

One of those isn't really on topic the forum purpose and the other is just strange behavior on the part of the poster.
I sometimes like the idea of forums where the word itself is the topic and anything that fits that is valid but that ruins more specific communities. I think both have their place and maybe on different sites. Notabug doesn't have topic rules. You might check them out. https://notabug.io
