Some people believe that 1939 was the worst year in the history of humans, the middle of the Holocaust and World War II. Adolf Hitler, successfully convinced his followers that the European Jews needed to be removed from society and that they were the cause of so many terrible things.

This is the moment I stopped reading the article.

That wasn't even the worst part:

Isn't the story that the extermination started in the final years of the conflict anyway? If you lie keep it internally consistent.

This is a typical shallow view of history. These events are barely significant compared to what happened ~12,000 years, and to what is going to happen again sometime in the next 25 years.
