Very cool. Quite a few in there that you can see in modern English. Some other interesting stuff like baeldor meaning lord. Obvs this one of the names for wodens son as well.

I think it's a variant of "ealdor," also on the list. The modern English "earl" is derived from one of those.

Bairn for child is still very common in Scotland. Never knew where that word came from either, so thanks for that.

Kind if useless without phonetic spelling, words have more meaning with proper pronunciation.

I think of language and pronunciation as an exercise for facial muscles.
