this does not make sense... if communism is opposed to these people with large amount of moneys, why woud it be made by them? it does not also give ny justification of why the communism is made by bankers.

Because the "means of production" and private property has to be controlled and owned by someone. Saying it is owned "by the people" is meaningless. The bankers are the ones who end up owning basically everything through Communism.
