Why would a mostly conquered ethnic minority deliberately antagonize a population which outnumbered then hundreds, if not thousands, to one at a time while they're both intermarrying into gentile communities, embracing and spreading Christianity, all while Rabbinical Judaism is trying desperately to continue its own existence while competing with the robust Roman Catholic church for European converts from the remaining heathen populations to survive? If this was really going on, the Europeans even during the dark ages, would've genocided the entire European Jewish population long before the Nazi's. It's more plausible that European elites, who see themselves as a tribe unto themselves, didn't loose their taste for human flesh after the decline/collapse of the Roman empire.
