You're born a biological male or female. It isn't complicated. If you have a uterus you're a woman.. if you have a prostate you're a man. I won't even go into the other distinctive differences that only a moron wouldn't notice.

There's an episode of House, MD (S2:E13; "Skin Deep") where House medically proves that a sociopathic turbo-thot was a biological man trapped in a woman's body. Naturally, the transjenners are incensed about it because it effectively says that intersex does not exist, that even these "edge cases" are still either exclusively male or female.
Could a TV show have told the truth?
I'm okay with calling a real testosterone-resistant xy person a woman if she wants.
She's still a barren woman though so in case of accidental marriage, she gets sent back to her parents.
The House episode had a XY person who looked like a woman, and if something like that were to actually exist, no one would call it a man...no matter how much it might want to be one.
Though I doubt that would be a problem as the episode showed that the shemale was living like a king due to the male brain + hormones turning it into a weaponized thot, and no one who has discovered that being female is living life on Easy Mode would want to give that up; f2m trans seem to always go back.
