I didn't see anything about her being a Neanderthal. The tools aren't Neanderthal. Much later than Neanderthals. Nine thousand years ago is way too late than the current consensus for the end of Neanderthals. At best they ended perhaps 20000 years ago. I don't believe there is any evidence of Neanderthals in North America at this point.

Meh. They do the same thing every time they find a female corpse with anything that could potentially be interpreted as supporting a male role. "OMG, u go gurl!"

Back in reality, she was buried with some stone blades and ochre... that's it. We have no idea what she did during her life, certainly not establishing her as a "big game hunter."

It may change our understanding of gender relations in the ancient Americas and even the nature of prehistoric societies.

Lol. She was probably infertile and still needed to contribute.

Haas: a German and Dutch surname, also Jewish (Ashkenazic).

She was probably buried with kitchen utensils

Bullshit. How do we know she didn't identify as a man?

Granted Hunter looks like a Neanderthal, but is definitely a man, albeit, probably reptilian.
