I've explained this on here before, but I work in an ER, and they do flu cultures on patients, which are different from the COVID test. Flu comes up negative, yet we get positives for COVID. We have had very few people with actual flu. Now something is very fucky about that, but it doesn't fit with "reclassifying flu as COVID". Perhaps instead it's, "we released COVID on the population instead of the yearly flu". Seems plausible to me, with everything else they've proven to be capable of.
