Creepy. As someone who was slammed into surgical menopause, I can tell you, it’s not anything that needs to be artificially delayed. Although arguably mine was artificially enacted, I can tell you it’s not the big boogeyman it’s made out to be. I didn’t have the gradual lead up to it, so I can’t speak about that. But from not in menopause to full on, barely noticed a difference. And HRT? Again, no. Just like puberty, it is natural and bearable without toxic pharmaceuticals or creepy intervention. Take good physical care of yourselves now ladies, and it shouldn’t be a problem later in life.
