I see your point, but you can’t teach IQ, and at this point in time, half of the population can be swayed by anything. So “teaching them” is just like the constant brainwashing they have 24/7, they minds are total mush, sponges that will absorb nutrients if given poison if replaced. If they were to be re-educated then their smooth brain muscles won’t form discernment thus they can be subverted again.
