It's supposed to increase cell metabolism, some recommend additional light therapy. I haven't felt radical changes the first time I've taken it for maybe four months. I paused because of what turned out to be unrelated issues. This time I'm recording some daily basic measurements like blood pressure, heart rate and blood sugar.

I’ve heard some people are so into this they take it as a suppository. I found the idea of the drinkable version more appealing, but didn’t want to have to go around with blue lips for an hour or dye my filling blue permanently.

Suppositories? Seriously? :D Haven't experienced blue lips or fillings yet. Corner of my mouth was stained a little once or twice, when drinking too quickly.
