I'm not certain that sleeping in the same bed with a woman/wife is the best for a man's health. The estrogen leaches out and even small concentrations affect male hormones. Just like a cat controls its owner with toxoplasmosis.

Yeah, so that's bullshit.

Testosterone goes through aromatization in the male body and is transformed into estrogen. This is why men who take too many steroids can develop breasts and get really fucking moody.

The amount of estrogen you would get from being in the same bed as a woman is a tiny fraction of a fraction of a fraction of what your own body produces via aromatization of testosterone.
