Yep, along with og Voat's parasite pill. Began a complete food revamp bc of the holo-cov nonsense (muh lockdowns !! lol). Can confirm getting all one's essential vitamins/ minerals up to level (and cutting out all refined / processed goy slop etc) no more cravings/ stuffing face 24/7 .

[–] 5 pts 1y

That's it.

Here is a Parasite Pill 2.0 I reuploaded yesterday, just in case you missed it - https://poal.co/s/Health/627192

[–] 2 pts 1y

Thats it. Have it saved/ bookmarked and downloaded but def good advice for everyone.

Man, after taking the wormpill you start seeing everything in a new light, it's so much more cohesive it's almost like the redpill all over again. Suddenly everything starts making sense, and their motivations aren't just incomprehensible evil for the sake of evil, but much more sinister. Reminds me of the plot in System Shock 2 where the entire crew of the ship was taken over by a parasitic worm infection controlled by the hivemind called The Many. The jew levine (bioshock writer) was also writing for this one, accidental truth in fiction once again?

[–] 0 pt 1y

True, but I think that parasites just unlock the potential for evil and degeneracy that exists within an individual. Also I believe that jews are the way they are because they themselves are parasitic creatures, and having parasites within themselves is more of a symbiosis than infection.

Excellent.

Anecdotal... I switched to pink Himalayan salt about a decade ago, and health is much better overall since I firmly believe more salt is better for me and use about 3 tablespoons a day. For the past year, I have switched to 3 different salts that are similar to pink Himalayan due to 80+ trace minerals, but the taste profile of them are absolutely stunning.

The 3 I like are all gathered from collecting and drying sea water in specific locations. My favorites are French grey (uses Celcit methods to gather salt), Hawaiin black (collected from black clay pits surrounding volcanic activities), and red clay salt (dried sea water dried in natural red clay pits. Forget location) They can all be found here along with many more if you're interested. https://sfsalt.com/

Good screencap thread brother.

[–] 3 pts 1y

Oh yes, I'm big on salt too. Everything a jew tells you is bad means that it's pure medicine.

I put Himalayan salt on my food and take a tablespoon or two of raw sea salt flakes throughout the day, depending on how much I sweated and what was my caffeine intake (caffeine is a diuretic, makes you lose sodium). I firmly believe that eating a lot of salt is having positive effect on my strength training performance.

Also people are afraid high salt intake will make they retain too much water. If only there was some way you could lose excess water through your skin...

[–] 1 pt 1y

My nutritionist/HGH doc has competed for 20+ years and says he prevents cramps & lethargy by eating 2 tablespoons of salt a day. Glad you notice the strength increase too w/ increased salt. Most people are not in tune w/ their bodies enough to realize the difference it makes.

Only time I decrease salt intake is when I feel like dropping a few lbs of water weight to appear more shredded/vascular for beach season.

I realized after watching so many 2 week pre contest prep cycles, that 1.5-2 gallons of water a day makes me retain less water and be less bloated. I'm on gear too so it's always important to pay attention to my hormone levels and get my blood tested every 3 months to see what's going on. As lifters though, blood tests will not reflect correctly to a doctor since the norm is to compare our results to sedentary males that don't lift. Being on gear and taking control of my own health makes me distrust doctors more than ever.

[–] 1 pt 1y

I never trust a doctor, especially since they are on a 3 years murder spree right now.

I know used to know someone who has benefited a lot from getting a low dose HGH from a clinic, but it was expensive. I've been thinking about getting on it, and could probably source it on black market. How is your experience so far?

[–] 2 pts 1y

They look good. Ive been using pink Himalayan for several years now. Bit of a tangent, but i purchase a quality non gmo brand of separate refills for my pepper grinder and mix a combo of the Black, Red, Green, White corns - i prefer more green and red corns in my mix than the pre-mixed 'gourmet shakers' plus it's works out much cheaper to buy 4 refills of different colors than to buy a single pre-mix . lol.

[–] 0 pt 1y

Great idea, mate. I never thought about mixing the corns but will try it when I make next trip to get groceries. I didn't even realize there is a green pepper corn though I do use the green jalapeno powder sometimes.

[–] 1 pt 1y

Peppercorns(thespruceeats.com) Yea, try it out, buy all 4 and mix and match - flavor profile of green peppercorns while similar to black is not as hot/ spicy with a bit more of a fruity note. as mentioned before i use more green and red (pink) probably 2-1 to black and white in my grinder. Good luck.

Salt is so important! I did some crazy diet 20 years ago cutting out meat, dairy, soy, gluten, oil, and salt. I about lost my mind. Did it for a few years. Went to something like keto/paleo after that and added sea/mineral type salts back in. Just having salt and oil back made me able to think and function again.

I'm autoimmune and didn't know it at the time and was trying to fix myself every way I could not knowing the true cause. It was the worst diet I could have chosen. The first day I went back to salt, I actually craved salt water. It was amazing how quickly I started feeling better.

[–] 0 pt 1y

I've played with my diet quite a lot as well. Took me a long time (decades) to figure out every diet 'expert' is either a scammers, on gear, or is just anecdotal bc that diet is what works for him.

Glad you came back to the salt life. In my elementary broscience thoughts, I imagine since we are mostly water, salt would be more conducive to help with sending electrical signals where they need to go within our body and brain.

[–] 1 pt 1y

Yeah, I know what works for me doesn't for my bf diet-wise. Even my mom reacts differently to different diets than I do. I think most of us have to try all kinds of stuff to see what we feel best on. Unfortunately, I've found a lot of things I'm sensitive or outright allergic to.

[–] 1 pt 1y

Potassium bromate/potassium bromide.

So I bought some iodine and have been taking it for almost a week now with Selene and Zinc (yes, I got it immediately after seeing this post). And I can say that the effect is obvious, even though I got sick with the flu, I noticed that the brain fog is almost gone, I don't feel like I haven't rested after getting up, my craving for salty sunflower seeds has disappeared (seriously, I bought a bag of some the same day and it's still sitting there barely touched), and I don't feel like buying soda either. Amazing stuff.

[–] 0 pt 1y

Great you decided to get on it. Things will only get better and better.

What kind of Iodine did you get?

[–] 1 pt 1y

I got one from a local manufacturer with decent reviews, claims to have 750-1k ug in a daily dose (2 pills).

[–] 0 pt 1y

That a bit of a low dose 1000 ug = 1mg and what people usually get is 5% Lugol's Iodine solution and take at lest one drop per day in a glass of water.

According to manufacturer that would amount to 6.25 mg per drop.

I have no experience with iodine in pills and would not take more than recommended since pill usually come with additional substances, but when you are done taking them you might want to consider upgrading to 5% Lugol's Iodine.

This is the one I'm using: https://www.healthyfoodfactory.eu/lugol-potassium-iodide-solution-5-iodine-drops-30ml-heiltropfen-product-55649/

[–] 1 pt 1y

Should we all be snorting kelp powder? Please elaborate!

[–] 0 pt 1y

Personally, I just take 1-2 drops of 5% Lugol's iodine solution per day in a glass of water, but doing kelp powder lines might work too.

[–] 1 pt 1y

Kelp tastes like rotten fish. I might spring for the drops.

[–] 1 pt 1y

Damn, I'm convinced. BRB finding iodine

[–] 1 pt 1y

Good, Lugol's 5% solution is what you're looking for, 1-2 drops per day in a glass of water and you're good.

[–] 1 pt 1y

Don't let anyone fear monger you about it damaging your thyroid, either. I have Hashimoto's thyroiditis (have since I was 17 - mid 40s, now) and taking Lugol's has helped a lot. I've been taking it daily for at least 10 years now. I used to do a couple of drops in a glass of water in the morning but now I add a drop or two to each liter bottle for my seltzer maker thing. I love bubbly water and I don't even notice it.

I do bloodwork for my thyroid regularly (poor thing barely functions at this point - each allergic reaction kills it a bit more and it looks like a sponge on an ultrasound). My numbers have been relatively stable with the iodine and if what the fear mongers say is true, but I'd be having serious issues.

I told my naturepath (I go to her when I need an order I can't get on my own) that I take it regularly and she said she has no idea who started the idea it was dangerous for Hashi's but she said she has a hard time convincing her patients that it is more than safe.

[–] 1 pt 1y

To all you faggots of child bearing age. Iodine intake during pregnancy is extremely important for the babies IQ. 4-6 drops daily.

[–] 0 pt 1y

Multivitamins have iodine. Just get a one a day you like. It's not that deep. You won't lose weight. It's a good part if diet and exercise; it's not a magic bullet.

[–] 1 pt 1y

Meh, most brand multivitamins are at such low doses they are literally 'throwing your money away'.

Get premium quality high dose vitamin / mineral supplements specifically for one's circumstance - (complete blood work serum levels are helpful to identify deficiencies)

[–] 0 pt 1y

Source of Life GOLD or ULTRA is the best multivitamin I have used and suggest it to everyone.

[–] 1 pt 1y

Yep. Finding premium quality/ organic supplements from a reputable online company at the best price is bit of a deep dive in itself, but well worth the effort.

[–] 0 pt 1y (edited 1y)

I just checked my multivitamin. 0 iodine. Looks like you are wrong.

Edit: some do some don't. The gummy vitamins don't have iodine. I'm getting some supplemental iodine.

[–] 0 pt 1y

Looks like you got scammed.
