You get this special blood, have it shipped to the doctor/surgeon, then they use their tainted vaxxed blood anyway.

I'm guessing it means that even if you are a pureblood, you're not at all guaranteed to receive untainted blood if you need it after a procedure. Heck, you might not even be conscious when you arrive at an ER. And the average doctor who has swallowed all the vax koolaid is not likely to be sympathetic if you do manage to request clean blood.
