It isn't cereal that is bad, it's the processed crap cereal. Oatmeal and cream of wheat for example are quite healthy.
Back when people ate big breakfasts with bacon and eggs, they also had physical jobs. Now people stand behind a counter or sit at a desk for 8 hours a day.
I totally agree with this...
There is a fair selection bias going on, in that people who have significant comorbidities are more likely to be interacting with the health system which will be pushing them to get jabbed or may even coerce them into getting jabbed (e.g. you want that kidney transplant, you'll need to be jabbed up).
