IMPORTANT info for those struggling to lose weight. Your doctor won't tell you this -- and this may be the most important thing you read today

Yesterday I posted reports revealing how Glyphosate (active ingredient in cancer causing Round-up) replaces the amino acid Glycine in your metabolic processes, causing them to fail. This leads to all kinds of diseases including cancer, Alzheimers, Parkinsons, etc. Read it here:

WHAT IS GLYCINE?

Glycine is a simple amino acid that is required to run many of your most critical metabolic processes. It's involved in DNA synthesis, protein synthesis and the methylation process that dictates how you age. It also serves as an important calming neurotransmitter by increasing GABA in the brain. Glycine comes mainly from meat sources, with the highest dietary amount coming from the skin, ligaments and bone marrow of animals. Modern diets however have reduced Glycine consumption since we no longer eat all parts of the animal.

GLYCINE & INSULIN RESISTANCE

Researchers have found that people who are obese, diabetic and those with insulin resistance have very low levels of Glycine in their blood. What causes this? Well, scientists don't yet know -- there is much debate as to whether it's a cause of obesity and type 2 diabetes or merely a marker. (I personally think that Glyphosate in our food is causing this in large part by blocking the body's ability to use Glycine.) In any event, scientists know that low Glycine is associated with the inability to lose weight. One reason is that Glycine plays a key role in your body's production of human growth hormone, which is essential for building muscle and lean body mass. Body builders know that creatinine is key for building muscle and glycine is needed for your body to make creatinine.

Keep in mind that insulin is the fat storage hormone. When you are insulin resistant and your insulin levels remain high, EVERYTHING you eat is stored as fat. It is critical to break insulin resistance in order to lose weight.

GLYCINE & DETOXIFICATION

Glycine also plays an important role in detoxification of your body and removal of cellular "junk" . Your body needs Glycine to make Glutathione, your body's master anti-oxidant.

GLYCINE: KEY TO WEIGHT LOSS?

Researchers know that increase in Glycine plasma levels improves insulin resistance (metabolic syndrome) and helps with weight loss. It does this in part by improving your metabolism, increasing human growth hormone and increasing GLP1. GLP1 is the hormone your body releases to signal your brain to stop eating. In fact, new diabetes drugs help you lose weight by increasing GLP1 -- and the cost of these new drugs can range as high a $800-$1,300 a month.

So how do you achieve better Glycine levels? First, eliminate Glyphosate from your food sources (cleaning and/or buying organic produce). Cut out processed foods that contain high levels of Glyphosate. You can also up your intake of Glycine via supplementation or adding foods such as bone broth, which is high in Glycine.

sugar and seed oils are the cause

[–] 4 pts

Correct. Both are full of Glyphosate

[–] 2 pts

Doesn't matter if they have no glyphosate. Omega-6 fatty acids are very unstable and prone to oxidation, which they do in your body. They react with the byproducts of sugar (carbohydrate) metabolism to form glycated cholesterol particles, which trigger inflammation. From there it's a cascade that ends up with narrow arteries and cardiovascular disease.

The insulin response to carbohydrates causes the triglycerides manufactured in the liver from carbohydrates to be stored in fat cells. That's what insulin is supposed to do.

[–] 0 pt

Well the seeds oils are full of glyphosate. And agree that Omega-6 oils in and of themselves are bad.

As for the insulin response, it's when there is resistance to the uptake of insulin that's the issue -- not insulin itsself when it's doing its job to lower blood sugar.

Plants are sugars and sugars are plants. Sugars are produced by photosynthesis and plants use the sugars for everything. Stored as energy and building

sugar

Processed sugars to be exact. You don't hear people getting diabetes from fruit.

[–] 2 pts

There is no difference between a glucose molecule or fructose molecule in cane sugar than in one found in fruit. There is no difference between a glucose molecule in sugar and glucose molecules chained together in a so-called "good carb." They all trigger an insulin response and it's the insulin-mediated hormone cascade that is so bad for your health.

Yep. I recall that Steve Job's fruitarian diet likely caused his pancreatic cancer.

What an interesting rabbit hole! Using ddg onion search, the msds sheets on glyphosate report "nontoxic, nonmutagenic, blahblah, mildly marine toxicity. OTOH, Chinese msds sheet reports glyphosate is marine toxic and also, causes "sister chromatid exchange".

There's the link to diabetes.

So while they claim glyphosate doesn't build up on the food plants themselves, it is a major water pollutant. glyphosate is in ground water and even detectable in rain water- it's so ubiquitous it's in the hydrologic cycle!

Wow.

Very interesting, thanks for sharing! A new report says 93% of people tested in the US have Glyphosate in their body. Clearly this stuff is in everything.

[–] [deleted] 2 pts

Yeah man, great post. Stuff you don't normally think about but when you do, you realize how much we've been lied to and literally poisoned in every aspect of our lives.

[–] 3 pts

if it was type 1 i might believe it, but type 2 is just being a fat ass. anything to make fat people not feel guilty will get you plenty of clicks

[–] 3 pts

Brainlet take. Environmental factors would absolutely exacerbate late onset diabetes moreso than congenital diabetes.

[–] 2 pts

That's it in part. Over consumption of high-fat (fake fats), high processed foods and sugar. This crap is full of Glyphosate -- but no one tells you this.

But guess what helps prevent you from losing the weight and break insulin resistance?. Glycine is key.

[–] 2 pts

Also, it doesn't mention this above but low level or glycine deficiency causes psychosis. Also, make your own bone broth. Don't buy the crap in a box.

[–] 1 pt

Exactly! Lack of glycine means lower GABA -- the calming brain neurotransmitter. In fact, high dose glycine has been used for years to treat schizophrenia.

I planned to make another post on this subject, because the mental health implications are also important.

Eat meats and especially the crunchy bits.

Yep

Something I started doing recently is eating gelatin with my protein powder, either in my workout drink or mixed in my meals.

Smart to add this to your diet. Thanks for sharing!

I did under 20g carbohydrates, no protein, and no fat cold press organic juicing for 10 days . Then a week of under 20 carbohydrates, 180g of protein and enough fat to sate. Alternating this pattern I reached my goal weight and slipped into a one meal a day routine. Stay away from processed food, rancid seed oils and carbohydrates.

[–] 0 pt

Word. I counted calories eating whatever I felt like but avoiding processed foods by and large. Lost 40 pounds. Back at my high school weight.

[–] 1 pt

Enjoying these drops. Thanks my friend. Here's to a healthy us.

[–] 1 pt

I'll keep repeating it. Humans are carnivores capable of limited amounts of plant intake as supplements only.

Plant based diets are the cause of obesity and diabetes and inflammation and lack of sleep and mental disorders.

Not bothering to argue with flat earthers but if you care about your health you will dyor.

[–] 1 pt

Agreed. Folate is critical however for the methylation process in your body. That comes mainly from plants.

[–] 0 pt

Folic acid is the better form.

Like most nutrients folate has low uptake from plants which is why companies started artificially adding it to plant foods.

Eat eggs and nuts for a balanced diet.

Part of the problem humanity faces are. Over cooking food. Destroys nutrition and creates toxins. Not eating organs.

Fun fact meat only diets don't cause scurvy. Some sailors got scurvy because they only ate hardtack (bread) and salted pork with no fat for months.

Vitamin c exists in meat. Especially if you are prepared to let it hang for a while. Cough.

Not everything. Your body cannot store fat as fat. There's no mechanism. That's the key to ketogenic/Atkins diets.

Include all the 'genetically modified' food as well. Those are likely dripping with glyphosate.
