I remember when this hit the internet and leaned hard towards thinking it fibers and mental illness. Partially due to how nasty this shit is to be honest and the bright colors of the fibers that don't seem natural. Pretty amazing that not only do they now take it as a real disease but have found the cause. Not seeing a "cure" in the article though which seems off if it caused by a bacteria.
