So HCQ and Ivermectin? Stuff we already knew? Why is he saying "all other treatments" like there is a ton of other options out there besides being fit and eating well, ivermcectin, and the HCQ cocktail?

So no one shut them down? The US didn't. And from the links, Peru certainly didn't. I know some hospitals tried but they lost those cases and were forced to.

So what am I missing? What is this dude talking about "shut them down"? Why did he say "all other treatments" when he was only referring to 2?

Edit - I shouldn't come off as an ungrateful little shit. I appreciate you taking the time to find links to match with this guy is saying. His tweet still feels like a giant pile of lies, though.

In the USA in most cases if you ask a doctor to prescribe ivermectin for it they will deny your request.

You can do teledoc for it in some cases but the pharmacy may refuse to dispense it and if you order it through the mail it may be seized.

So doctors being uncomfortable with off-label use is it? But no one shut them down.

And, you're right: you can shop around to find a doctor that fits with your beliefs. This isn't a problem. The dude in the tweet is being a drama queen bitch.
