This is a repost of information for those who may not have seen it:

A new study (actually a review of many studies) concludes that people with a Vitamin D3 blood level of greater than 50 ng/ML [25(OH)D3] have almost a ZERO risk of dying from COVID.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC8541492/

How to Achieve Optimal D3 Levels

Historically, the level of Vitamin D3 recommended by the experts ranges from 400 IU to 2,000 IU a day, which falls far short of getting you to the 50 ng/ml level you need. This video explains why the "experts" are wrong (too low) and how to calibrate it for yourself. This doctor recommends 10,000 IUs a day for a healthy person. (Higher amounts may be needed if you have a compromised immune system, insulin resistance or genetic mutations.) It's a must watch.

This doctor says he targets 60 - 80 ng/ML blood level and once tested and determined a patient is low, prescribes 10,000 IU a day until the desired level is achieved, which will likely take weeks. Watch here:

Unsure what level of supplements to take? The safest way to determine if you need to increase your Vitamin D3 intake is to get a simple blood test from your doctor (or you can order a home test online).

Note: Vitamin D3 is fat soluble, so it's best to take it with a meal that contains fats, to ensure absorption. Also add vitamin K2 to improve absorption.

get a simple blood test from your doctor

As if we trust those nowadays.

Get a home test which you can buy online, this way you avoid the doctor ;)

Those finger prick test kits can be very inaccurate for VitD

Don't forget to add K2 - it not only improves absorption, it regulates the calcium level that otherwise can get out of range with high dose D3 (leading to calcification of the blood vessels).

On this.

I started taking 6000 ui a day d3 and shortly after I started suffering vertigo which was nasty.

Anyway it turns out d3 releases calcium crystals in the inner ear and without k2 the body can't move them to the bones.

I take k2 now as well and so far so great

It’s somewhat rare but you can develop an ear stone like a kidney stone but causes vertigo.

The good news is if you’re in the northwest a father and daughter team at OHSU created a device to remove them.

They mri the location it’s uploaded into a computer and they strap you into a chair and it moves and tilts until the ear stone is out of the inner ear.

If your vertigo continues, look into taking a thiamine (B1) supplement. There are new fat soluble versions (significantly better absorption) you can get online.

I really appreciate hearing this. I might get some just in case.

I eat a lot of fat so no issue taking it with dinner

This explains why my body yeeted Covid out of my system like an anemic soyboy. I got it right after spending weeks hiking in the desert and soaking tons of sun.

People with ... blood have a ZERO chance of dying to covid!!!

How much K2 do you recommend?

[–] 1 pt 3y

I started taking 10k iu of it. I'll go get a blood test in a few weeks to see where I'm at.

Don't forget to add K2 ....to avoid issues with calcification

Can one take that much if pregnant?

[–] 1 pt 3y

No such thing as Cohen 19

I have been taking 10,000 iu daily since the original post. Also, I have been taking bovine colostrum powder. I feel great. Usually in the winter I feel a little groggy, stuffy, and whatnot. I haven’t felt that at all this winter since taking these supplements/vitamins.

Excellent! Don't forget to pair the D3 with K2 to prevent calcification

I like to suntan to get my vitamin D. I may look retarded at the park but I really don't care.
