True, I mean you can eat nothing but cookies all day and still lose weight -- as long as you burn more calories than you consume. Not healthy but you will loose weight.

I have done keto for a couple months at a time and really wasn't hard for me. But whatever works for you. Keep it up.

I travel a lot for work, trying to stay keto on the road was tough.

Yeah definitely. Out of the home keto is tough.

I think a balanced diet is best. I don't think it would be healthy to just eat bacon all day either. Home grownand home cooked meals are best when possible.

No it's not. The food pyramid sure is. Humans are omnivores, we are meant to eat a wide variety of food.
