I've gained about 30 fucking pounds since the (((pandemic))) began in 2020 and feel like a big fat hillbilly.

I'm 220 and my target is 190, which is my usual weight.

Anyone want to give it a go?

You sound fat.

Your metabolism isn't going to be worth shit if you don't teach it to turn itself up by regularly exercising. What's burning off all the energy if all you have is little girl muscles?

Keto is for lazy people who don't want to admit that reward requires effort.

I ran 8km this morning. I do that at least 5 days a week. Its been a good change of pace from lifting fuck off heavy weights at the gym because of lock down closing them all. I run with zero carbs in me and feel great. Truth

That's good dude!

Let's try an experiment. Keto while running 8km 5 days a week. Then keep on the Keto and stop running the 8km 5 days a week. Let's see what the Keto is doing for you.

I'm not keto mate, I'm carnivore. I'm probably in ketosis a lot but thats not the goal.

I maintain my weight when I'm working out a lot. I stopped working out and I lost a kg a week for 7 weeks which is huge. I was more muscular so a lot was probably muscle loss but not all.

I'm not sure what you're getting at with your suggestion?
