Dude, I appreciate the effort and all, but you’re wrong. Living testament: myself.

In an average week, I consume around two gallons of whole milk. I have a body fat percentage of around 12%, weigh 160 lbs at 5ft 7in. My squat is 300lbs and bench at 180lbs, both at x 5 reps. Can also still run a sub five minute mile. VO2 max of 75.

I’ve consumed that same amount of milk through my whole life. At age10 I was growing hair in my armpits, age 16 I started shaving weekly, at 19 I had a full beard. Now, at 22, my back and chest are covered in hair.

It is 100% guaranteed milk has had a negligible effect in my testosterone levels. Matter of effect, I believe my milk consumption has done the opposite; my testosterone levels are on the upper-end due to an increased milk intake.

You know Germans were notorious for the consumption of dairy products, especially milk? Did you know how rumored it has always been, how large the germanics people were? Would any of this science apply to my ancestors, given their scenarios?

What’s more, is I want to know how much testosterone effects were “lowered”. I could likely guess it’s <1%

Dunno if this was a larp; it was a pretty funny read
