Airlines have the absolute worst systems in the world. There's one of the big carriers that my mail provider treats with prejudice. The emails they send me for flights are put into a high-risk quarantine that bypasses all other boxes within the address, and it refuses to release it into the inbox. I can see them in the web analysis console and read them from there, but even the provider won't force the release - it's hard-coded into the system when it's considered that risky. I can't figure out why, they seem to have poorly written but correct records...
There was another one that had security records that were so out of date they violated some 2014 RFC and just plain 'ol got rejected as spam. I bitched to them and they finally fixed it.
