If this sampling is proportional, it shows how little black pairings actually occur.
It also shows the only white males partnering with black females are choosing black females who are so heavily mixed with white already they have barely any black left. Likely at least 75% white.
The data is very clear that rising IQs in "black" demographics are overwhelmingly driven by mixed race children. Sure, you CAN have a 100% black woman with an IQ of 130 (3 standard deviations to the right hand tail), but it's an order of magnitude more likely that she's actually mixed race to your point so her median IQ would be expected to be in the high 90s. Making that a much more probable 2.25 standard deviations.
This is because dating preferences heavily favor IQ. Sure, et ceteris parabis people prefer to date someone of their own race, but nowhere nearly as strongly as they prefer "intelligent" and "not a felon".
