Sure, you CAN have a 100% black woman with an IQ of 130 (3 standard deviations to the right hand tail), but it's an order of magnitude more likely that she's actually mixed race to your point so her median IQ would be expected to be in the high 90s. Making that a much more probable 2.25 standard deviations.
